Summary

We are seeking an experienced Home Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at AC Properties. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and appliances in residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant certifications, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in home maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other home systems.
Inspect and diagnose issues in residential properties and develop effective solutions.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers.
Assist with the installation of new appliances and systems as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant certifications in home maintenance and repair (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical certification).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in home maintenance and repair.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
